2. Service Description
WeatherWindow provides weather- and condition-based notifications and related information for recreational activities, including but not limited to surfing, skiing, and sailing. The App does not guarantee accuracy of forecasts or outcomes.
3. Not a Safety or Emergency Service
WeatherWindow is for informational and recreational planning purposes only. It is not a safety, navigation, or emergency system. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, risk assessment, and safety when engaging in any activity.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide information such as your email address or phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing and terms will be displayed clearly in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that store’s billing and cancellation policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the App is being misused.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the App and on this site, including logos, brand elements, and code, are owned by the developer or licensed third parties and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as provided.
8. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of weather data, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including any weather-related or activity-related incidents.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
